Three courses for two

An evening to celebrate love with an exclusive menu:

  • Starter: Burrata bruschetta with tomato and pesto, or marinated salmon carpaccio.
  • Main course: Sweet potato gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts, medallions in herb butter with banana and bacon farofa, or langoustines in citrus sauce with black rice.
  • Dessert: Creamy lemon coconut dessert with tapioca ice cream, or bolo de rolo ice cream (a Pernambuco rolled-cake specialty) with crispy coalho cheese and salted caramel sauce.

Includes water, soft drink, juice, and one bottle of Chandon sparkling wine (750 ml).
